The day that Olivia broke her baby crib...

I'm always cognizant of this blog becoming too "baby focused" but this is too good to pass up. And apologies in advance for the dim photos taken by my phone. On to the story...

Like most nights, the girls and I have to find something to occupy our time between 4:30 and 6:30 when dad gets home. This is also the bewitching hour for children. Somehow they become completely unraveled. Which equals lots of fun. This particular evening we were in the playroom and I was nursing Lola on the couch watching Olivia. I must have turned away for a split second because she literally climbed into her itty bitty baby doll crib which you see pictured above.

Apparently sister is a healthy weight because the bottom fell out and so did Olivia. When I peered over the couch she was sitting on the floor in the middle of her crib like a prisoner. I'd by lying if I said that I didn't become hysterical. And I'm sorry to admit that. I'm not sorry. It was one of those parenting moments that are worth capturing on camera and texting to your entire address book.

You can observe her confusion and frustration. I can assure you I helped her get out in what seemed like the longest 10 seconds of her life.

If her face and these two pictures speak a thousand words...than Olivia...I'm right there with you, sister!
{P.S. check out Lucy. You know she's thinking, "I'm not helping her outta there!"}
