Firm buns.

Confession: I ran for 30 minutes straight this morning.
Confession: I wanted to poke my eye out 12 minutes in because my play list was so depressing.

Question: Do you guys have any sweet beats you could recommend so I can making a "running play list" and get my jiggly buns back in shape?

Mission: Get into hot dress for December wedding.

GO!

Awesome, best of luck! :) As for the workout tunes, I wanted to tell u anything from U2, Kings of Leon and Foo Fighters, but in reality, it's more Beyonce, Gaga and ...Britney Spears :S...Have an awesome weekend! XOXO

Look at you!

I'm not a runner but I usually start on the elliptical with a little Hollaback Girl, speed it up with Promiscuous (Nelly Furtado/Timbaland) and level off with a good mix of Beyonce. :)

Except that that meme is my life... I think the only way you can get me to run is if you let me run TO Sprinkles hahaha.

Have you heard of Girl Talk? They do some great upbeat mashups that are fun to run to!

I only exercise for the food. So if you ran 30 minutes, two cupcakes!

haha this e-card is hilarious! I have the pandora app on my phone and if you type in workout they bring up workout stations that have pretty upbeat and current music for workouts!

WIsh I did... my exercise regime these days consists of walking in silence in the vineyards.... doesn't burn many calories but is great for the mind! I have no doubt you will look amazing.... you always do!

Nice job, I've just started getting back into it too - feels good, right?

My playlist is total cheese: think Lady Gaga, Katy Perry and {early) Madonna - cringe!!

Confession: I put Pandora on my Katy Perry station. It ends up being totally fun, totally cheestastic pop music.

Why do I feel so guilty about that?!?!
